HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Seaside Beauty Products partners with a global manufacturer in order to provide you with the best prices and the most problem solver product. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as North America, Asia, and Europe, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our manufacturer partner, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)  :)

NOTE: U.S.A and Canada orders should arrive within 10-15 business days.

We offer international shipping options too - we ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and the UK!

 I HAVE ORDERED A FEW ITEMS IN ONE ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE THEM ALL TOGETHER?

Seaside Beauty Products has a few warehouses for different types of products. that is the reason why you might receive them with a small gap between one to another because they might be located in different warehouses.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

 MY ORDER WAS LOST OR DAMAGED, WHAT NEXT?

In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately Support@seasidebeautyproducts.com and we will address the specific issue. For international orders, we ask that you please wait 5 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost. For damaged goods, please contact us and include photographs of the damage.
